The Property Management Program was expanded in 2006 to support all levels of service after the home is acquired and ensures the homes’ continued use for many years. Scioto is flexible in allowing customers to choose the level of maintenance service they desire.

The levels of service available include.

• Tenant responsibility for all home operating, repairs and maintenance costs
• Varying degrees of operating responsibility with Scioto, generally covering major capital expenditures
• Full service where, in select locations, Scioto provides full property management services, and property management outsourcing for all the property management activities and responsibilities.
